Going Forwards and Cutting Back

So, another week goes by without a trailhead talks. Whoops. Sadly, due to the workload for bike tunes and other things around the shop, I’m putting trailhead talks on indefinite hold. The recording and editing were taking up too much precious time, time that since the end of the school year I had not been able to find. I still hope to get more long form videos, but they will not be on a regular schedule like the blog or trailhead talks.

Speaking of the blog, Hi to all our new subscribers! Our list was not connected correctly, so most of you signed up for emails months ago, but were not getting them. Thankfully, the problem has been solved, and everyone can get the latest updates and blogs!

RACING RETURNS

After a short hiatus from bike racing after the Duluth Bike Fest, It’s almost time to head to Copper Peak for the Copper Peak Trails Fest! The Sisu Dirt Crew has made some massive improvements this year and have turned the formerly small fest into a large event with food trucks and live music all day. Make sure to stop and watch some racing, and keep an eye out for the bright yellow Hobby Wheel jersey!

SLOWING FOR FALL

Naturally, as the season winds down, the shop gets evermore less busy. That means it’s a great time to get your bike tuned up with the shortest wait times of the year, and some great deals if you’re looking for a new bike! And, you might have seen our new deals of the day posts, showcasing an amazing deal every day! The deals do last more than one day though, so if you can’t make it in for the bike you’re looking for, don’t fret! The price doesn’t go away the next day.

Another Shorter blog today, not much has happened in the past two weeks to write about. And with the incoming start of the school year, things have slowed down with less things happening right before school.

Happy Adventuring!

-Peter
